Our Carpinus betulus
Our Carpinus betulus
The Carpinus betulus is a splendid tree. Densely branched, with fresh green foliage in the spring. In the autumn the leaves change to a golden yellow colour. The leaves turn brown later in the autumn and usually remain on the plant until well into the winter. A wide range of Carpinus betulus espalier trees are available at our nursery, in all sorts of stem heights and with a specific trunk circumference. The beehive models are an unusual product in our product range. At Smits Tree Nurseries, we take great care of our products. From the very start at our nursery, until the final destination. That is why we have an in-house logistics team. We can then be sure that the topiary, pleached and espalier trees, such as our Carpinus betulus, also arrive at their destination in a good condition.
