Tree Nursery Staff Member (Fulltime)
Smits Tree Nurseries is a growing family business that specialises in hedging plants, a wide range of multi-stemmed trees and a wide variety of all sorts of topiary trees. We are international in nature and, in addition to our own product range, we offer total solutions to customers. As well as our nursery in Molenschot, we have a second branch in Windsor (UK). We are looking to expand our team and have an opening for a Tree Nursery Staff Member for our day-to-day work in the nursery. We offer a varied job with a range of duties. Education and experience are not required, provided you enjoy working outdoors and have an affinity with trees and plants. We provide the right guidance, meaning you will soon be carrying out the work. The work consists of planting, crop care, harvesting, maintenance, preparing products for dispatch and other work that may arise. Operating machines is also a possibility and there is scope for development.
What do you need?
- An affinity with trees and plants (an interest in mechanisation)
- You are enthusiastic and a good team player
- You don’t have a ‘9 to 5’ mentality
- Experience in the horticultural sector is not compulsory, as long as you are a hard worker

Salesperson based in Belgium (Fulltime)
Smits Tree Nurseries is a growing family business that specialises in hedging plants, a wide range of multi-stemmed trees and a wide variety of all sorts of topiary trees. We are international in nature and, in addition to our own product range, we offer total solutions to customers. In addition to our nursery in Molenschot, we have a second branch in Windsor (UK). As an account manager you are responsible for maintaining a portfolio and you form part of a team to further expand the company’s position on the domestic market or Belgian market. You produce quotations where you respond creatively to the needs of customers. In addition you maintain good relationships within the organisation, with the procurement, quality and logistics departments.

Our English branch is located in Windsor, in the English county of Berkshire, which borders south-west London. The nursery is located at Dorney Court, Dorney, SL4 6QP United Kingdom. This unique nursery specialises in container-grown hedging plants and a wide range of topiary trees and multi-stemmed trees.
